What data CoreSolution collects, what it is used for, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and what rights you have.

Effective from 1 October 2026.

This policy explains how CoreSolution collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use the website coresolution.vn, the web trading site and the CoreSolution mobile app (together, the “Service”).

1. Who we are

CoreSolution is a financial technology company. It provides a solution (a web site and a mobile app) that makes it easier for customers to send securities trading orders to VPS Securities Joint Stock Company. The Service is operated by Anh Dao Financial Technology Limited Liability Company (tax code 012938121). The orders you place are sent to VPS Securities Joint Stock Company (“VPS”) through an API for execution.

2. Data we collect

  • Information you provide: full name, phone number, email address and the content you send when you register, contact us or ask for support.
  • Account and trading information: login information, your CoreSolution account details, the orders you place through the Service and their status.
  • Device and usage logs: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, access times and error logs.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location or health data.

3. How we use data

  • To authenticate users and provide the Service.
  • To send your trading orders to VPS and show you their status.
  • To support customers and answer your requests.
  • To keep the system secure and to detect and prevent fraud and incidents.
  • To meet legal obligations.

4. Sharing

  • VPS: we send VPS the information needed to execute your orders. VPS processes that data under its own policies.
  • Service providers: hosting, email and technical support providers, only as needed and under confidentiality commitments.
  • Competent authorities: when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it to track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.

5. Retention

We keep data while you use the Service and for the period the law requires for trading records. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and restricted access. No system is completely secure; keep your login details confidential and tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

7. Your rights

You have the right to be informed about, access, correct and request deletion of your personal data, to withdraw consent, to restrict or object to processing, and to complain, as provided by Vietnamese law on personal data protection.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Cookies on the website

The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, for example to remember your language. You can turn cookies off in your browser; some functions may then stop working.

10. Changes

When this policy changes we update this page and the effective date above. For significant changes we notify you through the Service.
