Account deletion request
How to ask for your CoreSolution account and personal data to be deleted: what is deleted and what must be kept by law.
You can ask us to delete your CoreSolution account and the related personal data at any time, even after uninstalling the app.
How to send a request
- Email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject “CoreSolution account deletion request”, or use the form at the bottom of this page.
- State your full name and the phone number or email you registered with.
- We contact you to verify that you own the account.
- After verification, the account and data are deleted within 30 days and we notify you when it is done.
Data that is deleted
- Profile information: full name, phone number, email.
- Login information and your account on CoreSolution.
- Usage logs tied to the account.
Data that is kept
- Trading records and other data the law requires us to keep, for the period the law sets. After that period the data is deleted.
- Information needed to resolve an ongoing complaint or dispute.
