Terms of use

The conditions for using the CoreSolution web site, web trading and app: accounts, orders, fees, risk and limits of liability.

Effective from 1 October 2026.

By using the CoreSolution website, web trading site or mobile app (together, the “Service”), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The CoreSolution Service

CoreSolution is a financial technology company. The Service is a technology solution, a web site and a mobile app, that makes it easier for you to send securities trading orders to VPS Securities Joint Stock Company. The Service is provided by Anh Dao Financial Technology Limited Liability Company (tax code 012938121). The orders you place are sent to VPS Securities Joint Stock Company (“VPS”) through an API for execution.

2. Eligibility

  • You are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
  • You have registered a CoreSolution account and meet the conditions for trading securities under the law.
  • The information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done with your account. Tell us at once if you notice unauthorised access.

4. Placing orders

  • You decide on, and are responsible for, the orders you place.
  • An order counts as sent only once the system confirms receipt. Orders may be rejected, unfilled or partly filled under the rules of the stock market.
  • You should check the status of each order after placing it.

5. Fees

Fees and taxes on securities trades apply according to the current fee schedule and the law. See the Fees page.

6. No investment advice

Information shown in the Service is there to help you place orders. It is not advice or a recommendation to buy or sell securities. CoreSolution does not guarantee any return.

7. Risk

Investing in securities always involves risk, including the loss of some or all of your capital. Please read the Risk disclosure before trading.

8. Prohibited conduct

  • Using the Service for unlawful purposes, market manipulation or fraud.
  • Unauthorised access, interference, scanning or disruption of the system.
  • Using another person’s account or letting others use yours.

9. Intellectual property

The CoreSolution name, logo, interface and software belong to CoreSolution. You may not copy, modify or exploit them without written consent.

10. Interruptions and limitation of liability

The Service depends on your Internet connection and on the systems of the parties involved, so it may be delayed or interrupted. To the extent the law allows, CoreSolution is not liable for loss caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If the system is unavailable, please contact the CoreSolution support team.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time, as described on the Account deletion request page. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or when the law requires.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version takes effect on the day it is posted on this page. Continuing to use the Service after that day means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first settled by negotiation; failing that, by the competent court in Vietnam.
